Non-U.S. Readers

I am often asked whether Licensing Digital Content is solely for U.S. readers or is applicable to others.

Digital licensing by its very nature is global licensing. We license the content we need -- whether it is published in our own country or in another country. And when we license content from within our own country, often that licensed content is used and accessed by the licensee's employees and consultants while travelling outside the country.

This book addresses license agreements by U.S. libraries, by Canadian libraries, and by libraries all around the world.
